eco21268 Member E Joined: Apr 2015 Posts: 647	Maybe it's because of my geographic location, but IME, being identified "gifted" is not a very social status-y thing for kids in our district. It's almost the opposite. Here, being a gifted athlete is the thing most parents desire for their children. Maybe Dr. Green also thinks all children should be allowed to play varsity soccer, or be football quarterback.
