If it was my DD, I'd submit a video of her doing mental math, because it's a pretty impressive skill. With DS, I have no idea what I'd submit. I just had him tested last month and he likewise wouldn't really play along with the tester and spent parts of the test refusing to do anything, doing it his own way, or (alternately) giving overly complex answers that didn't fit what the test wanted from him. DD likewise didn't really play along with testing when she was 5, but a couple years later, she had better focus and interest in cooperating. So I'm just going to throw up my hands and try again when he's 6.
