    Great hit... it involves folks that I used to know in my grown-up pre-children days! Perhaps a sign that I should try thinking again.

    Thanks. I heard Freeman Dyson speak at a local school and he recounted the arguments he had had with his Edge colleagues at the New England gathering. http://www.edge.org/documents/life/life_index.html He was also nice enough to answer my then DS7's unanswerable philosophical science question. No unanswerable questions for him, LOL.

    I always liked Dyson's eyes. They look like the eyes of a Madman, but he seems quite sane.
