One of my friend's daughter passed the eligibility criteria for jhu online program this summer. She is 13yo and asked me if she should enroll in the online program with or without a tutor. I have no info on this but promised her I would ask the folks here. If you are familiar with the program, please help us out with the pros and cons of having a tutor.

I did not know without a tutor was an option. DD has been in the math since grade 2 and the tutor comes with the program. Since she never uses the tutor, I want to investigate if it option and cheaper.
