    Hi there,
I have some questions about the application process and I'm hoping someone can offer some help. I'd really appreciate answers to 2 questions as soon as it's convenient (TYIA):

    1) Once we send in our application, how long does it usually take for the nominator to receive the form/questionnaire?

    2) Our nominator is a busy professional, and I'd like to give her a head start on her contribution. Can you give me some idea of the kinds of questions that she'll be asked?

    Thank you so much!

Unless it has changed in the last couple of years, it is your responsibility to download the form to give to your nominator. I also had the nominator faxed/emailed the completed form directly so there were no issues of my influence on her opinions.

It's all online now. I think the system automatically sends a link to the nominator as soon as you submit the application. I don't know what they are asked.
