I'm going to show it to my DH, who has never been IQ tested...he grew up in another country where they didn't do standardized testing (although I think they do nowadays)...and he's never taken the SAT or had any major kind of benchmark test, except the GMAT, which he did well on but not exceptionally so he doesn't have a "number" to show him he's gifted.
But the serial employment description fits him to a T. He's brilliant, but has a tendency to "finish" jobs and then need to move on...I never thought of that as a gifted characteristic before, but it makes sense.
