I have to say though, I wouldn't want to be in your shoes ... homeschooling, working from home, non-napping toddler. I used to work as a search engine evaluator for awhile and the only time I could do it was at night because I needed to be able to concentrate 100% and it was tough!

I keep running into Smug People With Child Rearing Opinions online and I feel like I'm always the one comforting the parent that "some kids really are just like this". smile

I used to be able to get work done at night, but now I'm just too tired. Sometimes it works out in the morning, but while one part of me writes educational advice, the other part writes erotica, and you just can't do that with a 4.5 year old sitting next to you wanting you to check out Minecraft every 3 seconds. wink

Just wanted to offer sympathy. DD had seriously wacky sleep after I stopped begging for naps (didn't work lol) around 2yo. She inclines towards super early rising, which I do prefer but whew. But by around 3yo it settled and then she could read so late or early she'll be pretty happy while we sleep... After coming in to say good morning, waking me up :p DS2.5 loves to sleep more than she but he's starting the late night thing too now. I can see him dropping the nap soon.
