I just wanted to introduce myself. I have had a rough few years as my girl (6, now first grade) started school. Our gifted program starts in second grade, and she just took the CoGAT (the only factor in program admission). I have a little over a month to wait for her scores, but I am hopeful that this program will be a better match for her.

I have been lurking, reading everything ever written about the CoGAT, but I thought it was worth saying hello smile

    Hello Kate!

I have a fifteen year old daughter and I enjoy this forum. It makes me feel a little less crazy. LOL

She made it! It can only get better from here! I never imagined how hard it would be to guide a bright child through K and 1st.

    Thank you for the welcome!
