I think that is fantastic!
My DD takes dance at school for a P.E. unit. (She has coordination issues and often mixes up left-right so not really her game) and was very anxious about the performance for all the parents. We talked about all the stuff that she was worried about COULD happen and how she'd handle it. I said just keep smiling, keep going.
Anyway the day came and she was there in the back row watching the kid in front of her very, very carefully. She got every step, kept smiling, and "survived" this very nerve-wracking 3 minutes! No shoes kicked off, no "the only person turning the wrong way" etc.
A real confidence-builder!
