Quest Academy is probably one of the best things that ever happened for my son. We had our 3 children there for a few years until we could no longer afford it. My son was the one who most needed and wanted a school like Quest. The small class sizes and open collaboration between the teacher and students is perfectly suited for the gifted and creative minded students. My son is currently in a charter school in Kane County that allows him to take advanced classes online. He was the first in the school to do this and the school was the first to offer it. I credit alot of my son's love of learning to Quest and the special teachers there. I highly recommend it would still be there if we could afford it. We drove 45 min each way just to attend and it was worth every minute.
The only real problem you might encounter is the politics involved in attending a school like Quest. Many different socio-economic levels to deal with. Sorry sounds like I am rambling
What age are you children?
