OK. I need help. Although she qualifies, my dd4 has been denied services. I was told this is because the district offers "options" and that is all they are required to do. Well, the options were charter schools that we did NOT get in to. We waitlisted for every single one. So, now what?! Can they refuse to do anything? Really? I am in New Orleans, Louisiana, if that helps anyone who might be more knowledgable.

Can you be more specific? Services for 2E or GT/GATE for example?
