Here's an email from my teacher. I'd encourage folks to send him an email to get on his contact list for future events.
The next 5 Fridays he'll be doing the Phone Meditation.
Hi All,
The meditation conference call went very well-- and those on the call
clearly "got it"-- great job! If you have a chance, do sit for a few
minutes and take some quiet time for yourself-- the time will more
than pay for itself throughout the day.
Connecting with the breath is a going inward, a checking-in to our
real direction, our needs and concerns. Getting back to our true
direction saves all that detour time. It is important to be clear
about ourselves in order to help others.
Let's figure on another five times, on Fridays, at 12:15 (just after
noon) Eastern Standard Time. I will continue to start right in, so
those with limited time and run after 15 mins, but those who wish to
stay on the line can discuss and we can go a little deeper afterward.
