OP yayadream Junior Member Y Joined: Oct 2011 Posts: 13	New to here, need advice on which test to take for a 5 yr old Kindergarten to apply DYS? Currently, she has only NNAT2 (Level B for 1st grade): 145, 99% (they don't have 99.9%, 99% is the highest for this test). Also, she have CogAT, 99%. Does these two tests count? I don't see them in the 3 options? These are very popular test in VA for 3rd grade GT program. She needs to take more test for applying DYS? But, I totally lost on which one to take. Any suggestions? CAMom Member C Joined: Aug 2008 Posts: 748	You may also want to look for someone who uses the Stanford Binet 5. That is a DYS accepted test that can be used with younger kids. If you want an accurate picture, I wouldn't recommend the WPPSI for a 5 year old. You will likely have some ceiling issues.
