Hi,
I'm new here and we're new to Oregon. We're looking for resources and ideas to help our 2e 8 year old daughter (ADHD and Gifted). TAG here is mandated, but not funded. She wants to skip 3rd grade. School has been resistant to other parents' input. Folks who test kids outside the school systems want her to take all the tests without her meds, or they have told other gifted families they have never SEEN a child that is this functional and they can't begin to see anything like ADHD.... (2e parents, do you know what I mean?)
Anyone out here in the Willamette Valley?
