    Ok I found a bit more info. They said it's appropriate for families. The opera is several selections from classical operas.

    Sure, of course go, what a great experience to have. A selection of arias is a nice idea versus a full length opera, for a starter.

    Second vote for another time to go to a Gilbert and Sullivan (opera x musical). If you don't know them do a youtube for Modern Major General's song or Three Little Maids from School.

    Speaking of opera I have noticed my DS will do almost anything I ask if I sing my request in an operatic sort of voice.

    That's funny. My DS use to get DD to do anything if he sang let's do a marching parade. I went with it.
