    Ah MumofThree -
sorry to hear about the troubles with sleeping. I love to sleep. I'm sorry to hear that your Mum had such disturbing nightmares - did she have a very difficult life, or was it more an intense reaction to the normal difficulties. Either way - no fun!

I'm hoping that your youngest 'unhitches' soon. Can you pinpoint when the older girls stopped this? Perhaps you can hurry things along?

Does it help if you meditate before bed for 15 minutes?

    Best Wishes,
    Grinity

Grinity, her young adulthood was pretty difficult yes, and she had me young so this would have been while she was processing a lot of "stuff".

As for my little one I should take notes about when it's most likely to happen. It's not happening right now because we're in the midst of a food reaction so she's just waking up all the time anyway. I have no idea when it passed with DD1, partly because she was a co-sleeper so it was less obvious and partly because she was such a terrible sleeper there is no way of knowing why she woke up. With #2 I think it eased somewhere around 2.5-3yrs, but it is one of those things, because it doesn't happen every single night, that you can fail to notice is not happening as often and then one day you realise it is gone.

    Humm - Hugs!
(Mum3 - are you planning on having any more? Just kidding - I know it's so worth every bit, but don't you wonder about our sanity sometimes?)
