    Hi- DS9 and I just found this cool map website (in a Muse magazine article.)

    www.worldmapper.org

    It's a lot of fun- maps of the globe that have been altered to show different information. DS was fascinated by the comparison maps showing which countries imported and exported the most toys, for example. The May/June 2011 issue of Muse mag has lots of other cool maps- one of our favorites is a map showing antipodes, basically two halves of the globe superimposed in different, transparent colors. Fun!

    DS is on a World History Atlas kick these days...
    Which has played into his alternative (What If)History thing he was into.
    Seriously... I just wanted to understand the real History when I was 10...LOL
