We are partial homeschoolers. DS8 attends school for Science, math and LA, then comes home for history, finance and chinese. I had originally asked that he be allowed to attend for two classes. His math and science skills had pretty much left me behind. The school told me that he had to take 3 classes in order for them to get credit (to get paid). It has worked out extremely well for us. He loves his classes, but also enjoys the flexibility this schedule allows him. His afternoons are free to explore whatever his current interests are.
