This hit close to home. On Halloween, my DS was going to dress up like a ninja. He wears glasses and is small and skinny for age. He put his whole get up on, took a look in the mirror, and wasn't happy with how the glasses looked with the costume. So he put a pencil behind his ear and called himself a "nerdy ninja". I think he's comfortable in his skin! It's a good thing.
