I've been using this forum primarily for issues related to my 4 year old daughter, but wanted to introduce my younger daughter who is 2.5. I feel awful admitting this, but I have never thought of my younger DD as potentially gifted. She didn't spit huge words out extremely early, and doesn't seem to have the same ability with puzzles and numbers, but almost every day someone comments on how smart she is. There is a drop in program for preschoolers that combines exercise and learning and is full of three and plenty of four year olds and they let my DD in (only two year old in there) and have been raving about how she knows more than the four year olds twice her size and acts more mature.
I just wanted to introduce my younger daughter and open the door to discussing the ways siblings manifest their gifts differently.
