I've mostly been just reading and being happy for those who have had good experiences. Our own Kindergarten year has been very frustrating - no differentiating in full-day K. The one positive is that GD5 finally got her notification today of being accepted into the GT program at her school qualifying for services in all subjects. The letter says she will be receiving differentiated instruction for the rest of the year but I don't really know what that will entail. She's still getting in trouble for behavior in K class. The school is supposed to be doing an evaluation right now but we haven't seen/heard of anything yet. Not sure what DD will decide to do for next year.
But on a happier note - the weather is very nice!
