minimum of three years growth and/or performance
have been carefully analyzed
� Extensive professional development must be provided
teachers and administrators and especially in areas
needing improvement
The 15th slide is also really interesting showing the 6 year range in national growth and achievement reading scores. That's just for high to low quartiles.
