My 2nd grader (who is accelerated 1 year and is 6yo) scored as follows on the SCAT in January of this year

level and form: eY2
verbal: 85th percentile grade 4
math: 98th percentile grade 4

What IQ would one estimate from these scores? I recognize that the correlation between IQ and achievement test scores is imperfect. One reason I am asking is to see if it's likely that an individual IQ test would likely produce a score high enough (145-150) to qualify for the Davidson program.
