Unfortunately there is no such thing as GAI for WPPSI-III (I sure wish there was) or SBV.

While you can use the WISC-IV to calculate GAI equivalent for WPPSI-III, it's not an official score.

You may want to check VIQ, PIQ on WPPSI-III and Verbal and NonVerbal IQ on SBV. Keep in mind that the requirements for WPPSI are 150+.
