Thanks! Funny, we have a friend who had the opposite, oh so close with SB and qualified with WISC.
Now, the younger one's very close score (99.9 but not quite 150) was verbal. Her performance was lower, not sure if it was the day (had insomnia the day before). But she definitely seems much stronger verbally; so I think the SB would not be a good fit for her.
ODD had much lower verbal scores in her WPPSI (came to 99% with a subtest substitution). ODD had less English exposure than YDD, but not that MUCH more...
I think we will wait until she is at least 6 (to do WISC) and/or wait until she hits her academic groove...
ODD started reading "latish" at just past 4 and was reading 6+ level 1.5 years later. YDD is just starting to read (4.5).
