Don't give that deposit until you have a plan in writing and they start implementing it before the end of January. If homeschooling is an option, you may want to consider getting them to agree to a 'pay by the month' from your credit card thing.

If not, maybe to try the public school with a full range of subject accelerations. Do fill out your application, but Don't wait for DYS to solve your advocacy problems. Get in there and make some noise!
