Mine are older now so it's hard to remember particulars but my two math able sons could both tell time to the minute and make change from a dollar by the time they were 4. As a side trick my youngest could figure out the 7% sales tax on purchases when he was in kindergarten. I'm not sure how he did it without knowing multiplication but he was always accurate.
