If you have an opportunity to relocate anywhere in the country, where would you go to give your HG+ a chance to succeed in public school? DS is 7 YO. I guess I am looking at elementary schools.
I understand a number of parents, me included, are fed up trying to work out with our public schools to accommodate our HG+ kids. Many of us gave up, me included, and went homeschooling instead. Many of us advocate for our children for years before they are heard. Many of us advocate for years, but we never got what our kids deserve.
Is there a better school, city, or state for gifted kids?
Or maybe you have found a good solution. Can you share with us?
