We've been trying melatonin for the last 6 weeks for un-sleepiness. It has worked great! DS12 is 'slowing down' when he gets tired instead of 'gearing up' for the first time in his life. He seems to be sleeping more soundly as well.
A local friend is sending her child to a sleep clinic so they can observe him at night. Seems that he's been a bad sleeper all his life.
