Before DS4 tested on the SB-V, I wouldn't have pegged him as Visual-Spatial, but that was one of his highest areas. He never really liked drawing and painting. Looking at the list of visual-spatial traits in crisc's link, I see DS does have most of these traits, except the drawing and doodling. So, although I didn't know it ahead of time, my V-S kid did well on the V-S subsets of the SB-V when he took it at 4.1. Your DD seems to most of these VS traits too, from what i remember.
I know telling someone to try not to worry never works, but really there's not much you can do about a bad test day. All you can do is make sure DD gets a good night sleep, is well fed, and try to hope that nothing messes with the otherwise normal routine the week before the test. Also, your DD likes the "princess" tests, doesn't she? My DS loved the SB-V, and hopefully your DD will too.
It's wonderful to have some good references for your school apps. The music teacher will be useful for both school apps, I would think.
Happy thoughts!
