Hi kidsbkids welcome! My DC were both early readers as well and started reading at that age 2.5, they loved music so we I took them to Music Together and later kindermusik (or was it the other way round), we also played with noise-maker type instruments at home at that age. Since your DC likes singing perhaps you can try an early music program in the library, she may not like storytime circles but perhaps a group music program will appeal to her.
My kids also loved art and were very happy to go to a local 2s playgroup twice a week where the focus was on play and art, the had a short circle time during which a story was read but the real draw for my kids was art, they loved painting, sculpting etc.
