We just got our Math in Focus and she's starting at 1A. It's been perfect for her. Since she was really at the beginning in terms of addition this is helping her establish some more numeracy skills that will help her later. I'm really impressed by the way they word the problems. And it still cracks me up how excited she is to work her way through the book. It's much less repetition than Kumon, yet works on reinforcing concepts using multiple methods.
Her school uses Eureka Math. I think it's also based on Singapore Math, and I don't think it uses the "spiral" system (ugh), so hopefully we're good there. I am worried she'll be too advanced but I won't worry about that until after kindergarten -- we just had her preK parent-teacher conference and her teacher is recommending her for a similar classroom to this year for K that is more project-based. So whatever skills she has/doesn't have hopefully won't be an issue, as it wasn't this year either.
