My child took an OLSAT test at school (private school) 2 weeks ago. The only reason that I know about it is because one of the teachers sent an email saying that she was scrambling to make up the missed weekly science test before the report card was due because normal classes were canceled on the day of OLSAT testing. My son now says that he took a test that they called OLSAT and it was easy and over quickly. The school never informed the parents, never sent home the results and it is not available online. Am I within my rights to ask the administrator for the test scores? Could they have tested for their own internal student grouping and hence not release the results to parents?
