This is a great suggestion - these were used in my ds' elementary school during writing workshop.

Re the Chrome, my dds use Chromes at school - and there are things about using the Chrome and Google Docs vs using a laptop/PC/MAC and MS Word that my 12 year old dd dislikes. I can't tell you specifically what they are at the moment because she's not here but I'll ask her when she's back.
