It went quite well. I got her scores right after and her total IQ is 144. The verbal IQ is 147.

What a relief! You got your label - and she is MORE than 'a bit gifted' - I'm so happy for your family. Finally someone will listen and believe. What a weight off your shoulders!
What are you going to do when she turns 5?
I have to find a school .... Hopefully a gifted school will open sometime during next year where I live. I still have to do a little bit of school hunting now.
How difficult is it to 'open your own school?'
Not being Dutch and not speaking very fluently.... unlikely
although 'I have given this a thought.
Will the old school be impressed by the test data?
They should....
you use the test data to show that you have a recent change in your Orientation and now understand the importance of Gifted School and are waiting for the new gifted school to open? It seems to be worth trying.
