Our 8.5 year old took the WISC midway through the 2nd grade and scored as follows:

VCI: 146 (99.9%)
PRI: 117 (87%)
WMI: 120 (91%)
PSI: 88 (21%)

His school is willing to help and hired a G&T consultant to work w/ the staff. What should be be doing as parents. He is a pretty normal kid, a titch on the anxious side, but liked by his peers, enjoys sports and passionate about science, the universe, and understanding the world around him. He has some attention issues but the eval did not recommend any treatment. I am concerned about the PSI score and wonder what is interfering w/ this otherwise bright little mind (performance anxiety? ADHD? something else?). On balance, we want him to have a "normal" childhood and be well-rounded including addressing his talents in a holistic approach. Any insight/advice is appreciated.
