Nova Scotia is a very cool place to visit with tons of cool stuff to do. I am thinking of taking DD there next year for a camping trip next summer - DW and I used to love it back in the day.

The tides of the Bay of Fundy have to be seen to be believed. Between the two islands (the causeway) there is cool bio-luminescent plankton. There is rock hounding aplenty. Bald Eagles abound, as do edible mushrooms and there are plenty of wild raspberries too if you are lucky.
