Summit center quoted $650. I heard in other states it's only $300. Maybe we should do it during a vacation?
We decided to pass on retesting, but when we were considering it for our oldest recently, the least expensive I could find in Colorado was $350. When I asked for referrals from those with gifted experience, most told me that they wouldn't even be willing to just test on the WISC, that they would only do a full psycho-educational eval which is usually over $1000. $650 sounds a bit high for just IQ, but I'm surprised that anyone is finding prices in the $300 and under range especially in CA.
