Handwriting without tears second grade workbook would probably be a good fit if she can control her pencil and knows her letters and just doesn't stay on the line. It's all copywork with good clear instructions. With just a page a day she'll improve dramatically. Don't forget to angle the page while she writes or she'll develop the habit of twisting her hand funny when she writes. It's a good time to develop a good habit since she's just getting started. Tracing letters doesn't teach you the best way to write letters once you can identify them all.
Hooked on Phonics worked For ME ! Lol.
