That does seem really weird...2.5 years isn't that long. Do you have a friend who is a lawyer who could look into it? Sometimes a letter on 'letterhead' is enough to gain cooperation. Since it's been 2 years, then retesting can be done at anytime. Do you need your son to be retested?

What were you planning to do with the old scores?

What purpose did you want them for?

What a bummer! There maybe someone you can talk to at your state's or national 'association of ----ologists' (insert what type of tester you used. Maybe someone at their office can give you the name and number - hint, hint - over the phone.

I wonder if the office is part of your local better business bureau?
