I'm not an expert, but it's pretty straightforward. The composite can be higher because your daughter did well across all three measures. Some kids may do particularly well in the nonverbal, some in the verbal, and some in the quantitative batteries. The fact that she did well in all three will mean that her overall percentile will be higher. (i.e. even though 6% of kids did better than her in the nonverbal, many of them did not score as high in the quantitative or verbal batteries).
