We are making final decisions about next year for dd11. We are leaving an elementary experience which has generally been a very good fit, and are feeling that anxiety of not having a "perfect fit" for next year's middle schooling. How do you know when a fit is going to be "good enough"? When you made your choices for your children, how did you do it? Do you decide to go with the school that will suit your child's strengths? Their weaknesses? When does the social component really start to get important for gifted kids?
