OP jane7 Junior Member Joined: Sep 2015 Posts: 9	Plano ISD has math honors for grade 6. Is it different than Math rock? what are the differences? Are the math rock student who entered in 3rd grade still in Math rock even if their grade levels are down? Jane

frannieandejsmom Member F Joined: Feb 2011 Posts: 833 somewhere out there	I have a friend with a 4th grader in the math rocks program and a 7th grader that is in the honors program (he wasn't in math rocks). They are totally different programs. Math rocs goes into more depth. The kids enter math competitions.
