I would have forgotten the tooth fairy duty on several occasions, but my husband is better about remembering it than I am also.
The occasions when the tooth fairy was �unavailable for visits�, were because the children failed (on purpose) to inform us of that they had lost a tooth, although they still put it under their pillow, then came down dejectedly the next day to tell us that the Tooth Fairy had forgotten about them! I think they enjoyed watching us make up what we believed were plausible sounding excuses!
