I forgot to mention that some of the the slides from the EIdes webinar on stealth dyslexia may give you some short cuts until you have a chance to wade back through the book. There is one showing the how high IQ affects how dyslexia presents. In the webinar I seem to recall that these differences make many common dyslexia screening measures less effective.
