    Absolutely agree! I know a couple of true prodigies (she had papers published in math research journals at 9), and I look at DS and think he's nowhere close to being that intelligent. That could just be the difference between 99.9% and 99.99999999%

    Thanks for the feedback ya'll...so true about gifted girls! I still doubt dd would qualify for DYS with the WISC--but I am thinking now it would be worth it to make sure I get the right tester in case she might be on the edge.
