    I often pretend he's some guy that had a stroke... (Used to work with people with aphasia). I'm a little worried that's why he's not talking much. Not really very worried, but it bites me sometimes & I have nightmares.

    Sorry I wrote this, thought I'd posted it, and went on holidays. Ooops! Anyway I debated posting it and decided to post it anyway, even though the discussion has moved on a bit. I just don't want to waste my typing, lol!

    You have no idea how wonderful it has been to read this thread! Thank you, Micheala for giving me the words to explain to me what I have been dealing with for a while now!

    DH is on holidays right now, so there are more hands to go around and things are going more smoothly, but I do know that as soon as he goes back to work, we are back in the same boat.

    For me it is not just the dishes (although I completely understand how annoying it is to not be able to do simple things like that) but also my younger son, who deserves the chance to do things with me too.
