He is so very lucky to have you, and you are so lucky to have a school! You must be a skilled negotiator to have gotten him the flexible elementary school situation, and now this. I agree with MON. We might petition to have BWBShari lead a seminar on how to negotiate.  Definitely sounds wonderful ... crossing my fingers for you that they follow through on all the promises.

Thanks guys, but honestly, I didn't have to negotiate anything today. I was even brutally honest about the possibility of major meltdowns since he's never been in a demanding environment and she took it all in stride.
