Lol swtp...i do appologize that weve been so late to your party. u did deserve to have us right from the begining. better late than never I suppose. I do reccomend going through the motions with the teacher and then the principle. You can try telling the principal that u agree that in most cases the teacher knows best but since your dd is complaining of bordome and has as much of a need to learn in school as anyone that you are going to have to insist on a gradeskip. If the principle doesnt offer to evaluate your dd then its up the chain to the superintendent. Every meeting gets a follow up email ccd to the next level up. Sadly it still may not work....but it sure might so it is worth it. best wishes grinity
