    Oh, that's too bad. There are always a few kids at ours pretty much any time of the day or night. They may be preschoolers and rather disappointing as playmates, but there's someone there.

    Yeah, sometimes there are preschoolers there, but my ds will complain that he doesn't want to play with the babies. He's nice to them, but he'll whisper to me that he'd rather leave. It's quite frustrating, but we're working on independence and trying to encourage him to enjoy playing alone sometimes. He's getting better, but it doesn't last too long. Baby steps....I think Montessori will be good for that since they are all working on individual lessons/activities within close proximity of each other. Best of both worlds for him!

    I keep hearing about all the homeschoolers in our area, but they must live in caves! We never see them out!

    My kids organize hide and seek games with the 3yos at McDonalds! I think the effort to get the littler kids to follow the rules is enough to keep their overactive brains busy for a while. LOL!
